UACWMA Annual Conference held in Pueblo
For the second year in a row, the UACWMA group held its Annual Conference at the Pueblo Convention Center. The conference featured guest speakers from the Colorado Department of Agriculture, the National Resource Conservation Service, Mountain WEST Pest, Valley-Wide Health, and various County Weed Managers throughout the Upper Arkansas watershed region. This important summit brought together key players in the world of noxious weed and invasive species management in the region to discuss current trends and offer continuing education credits to licensed applicators.

Save the Date! Fremont Conservation District Annual Banquet April 25th, 2025.
Fremont Conservation District will be holding its 79th Annual Landowner's Banquet the evening of Friday, April 25th, 2025 at Pathfinder Park in Florence, CO. Join us for alcoholic beverages, dinner, music, door prizes, a silent auction, a landowner's business meeting, and more! More information and registration will be forthcoming. 4/25/25 in the evening, save the date!
2025 Board of Supervisor Elections
At the January meeting of the Fremont Conservation District, the Board passed a resolution to hold an election for Board Supervisors on May 6th, 2025. Two Board seats, currently held by Bart Adams and Trevor Aronson, will be up for election. The Fremont Conservation District Board of Supervisors has designated Daniel Morse as the Election Official. Please contact our District office with any questions regarding the 2025 election.
